From help desks to systems administrators, DameWare delivers one cohesive remote support family — on-prem to cloud, attended to unattended access — backed by 20+ years of CyberDistro distribution experience.
From a lightweight on-prem starting point to AD-integrated enterprise support to a full cloud SaaS console — whatever your environment looks like, there is a DameWare license that fits.
On-prem, lightweight and cost-effective. The ideal entry point for small and medium IT teams that need fast remote control across a local network.
Built for enterprise IT and on-prem deployment: deep Active Directory integration, advanced management, and broad OS support. The classic choice for cross-platform help desks.
Pure cloud SaaS. No server to deploy: distributed teams connect within seconds from any browser or the mobile app.
User and machine management via AD / Azure AD; agent deployment through Group Policy, with full audit and session logging.
Secure in-session file transfer; remote service / process management, registry editing and full system info reports.
Technicians work from Android and iOS apps; endpoint support spans Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android.
Enterprise IT operations deserve security, manageability and speed in one place. A remote support layer optimised end-to-end for help desk teams.
AES-256 encryption over SSL/TLS, signed sessions, Smart Card auth and FIPS 140-2 compliance. Every command and file transfer is written to the audit trail.

Product variants, licensing, on-prem vs. SaaS, compliance and upgrades — the questions we hear most often.
Mini Remote Control (MRC) is a lightweight, stand-alone on-prem remote control tool, ideal for small Windows-centric teams on a local network. Remote Support (DRS) builds on MRC with AD integration, cross-platform OS management and advanced security (Smart Card, FIPS 140-2); recommended for enterprise IT. Remote Everywhere (DRE) is a pure cloud SaaS — no server to deploy, connections from browser and mobile in under eight seconds. Optimised for distributed/remote teams and MSPs.
On-prem versions suit environments where all traffic must stay inside corporate boundaries: banking, healthcare, defence and other regulated sectors. Cloud SaaS (DRE) is ideal for distributed work, quick setup, scalability and use cases that should not carry server overhead. Many organisations adopt both: DRS for critical internal systems and DRE for field / remote worker support.
On the endpoint side, Windows, macOS and Linux are supported; DRE also adds iOS and Android endpoints. On the technician side, DRS offers a Windows console while DRE offers a web and mobile console — meaning a technician can start a session from a Mac or a mobile device.
MRC and DRS are sold as per-technician (named user) perpetual or subscription licences. DRE is subscription-based and priced by concurrent technicians. CyberDistro helps size the right scale and licence mix for your specific use case.
Yes. DRS supports AES-256 encryption, Smart Card auth and FIPS 140-2 requirements; every session is recorded and can be exported as an audit report. DRE adds 2FA, multi-level permissions, session recording and audit logs. The result is solid coverage for session-based access approval, encrypted video / chat and access logging requirements seen in GDPR, KVKK and similar regimes.
Upgrades from older MRC versions are done with an upgrade licence; existing configuration and host lists carry over. For DRS, certificate and AD integration are re-validated when jumping versions. For teams moving to DRE we recommend a parallel-run / phased migration plan; CyberDistro's engineers guide you through it.
Yes. In particular Remote Everywhere (DRE) is an ideal SaaS shape for MSP business models: manage multiple customer environments from one console, use session reports for billing, and apply multi-tenant authorisation.
Yes. DRE ships with a 14-day fully functional trial; MRC and DRS offer 30-day evaluation licences. CyberDistro can run the PoC, environment review and technical support with you — you don't have to drive the trial alone.
